Today’s market is focused on economies of scale, availability and service, SMEs either embrace their customer requirements or face decline. Airlines are heavily focused on their core business, no longer can afford the overhead or investment of maintaining In-house MRO capabilities. This is especially true of startup Airlines with small stock holdings that depend on outsourcing to specialist facilities like Rotable Repairs that provide fast and cost effective solutions. As a matter of necessity many organisations now focus on their core or volume business, financial considerations drive efficiency programs to remove poor performing overhead that proportionally takes more to maintain than core product. This is not only true of Airlines but of Maintenance Facilities and OEM’s, many of these are engaged in programs to review poor performing product and come up with creative solutions to enable them to still provide a service to its customers whilst streamlining.

Rotable Repairs has spent the last 11 years expanding its capabilities within it’s areas of expertise to appeal to commercial, regional, corporate and private operators. Whilst receiving a diverse range of aircraft types it’s engineers are highly experienced in many types and configurations of wheels and brakes. Of course it has its own core products but unlike many of it’s competitors it sees value in what some would call low volume and is always happy to provide solutions to legacy products. As well as developing its production this is where Rotable Repairs wishes to offer its services to benefit all parties when it makes commercial sense and continues to provide a cost effective solution to a service that lacks support due to a refocusing of its existing suppliers priorities.

Rotable Repairs Ltd. is an independently owned EASA Parts 145, FAA Part 145 and TCCA Transport Canada approved repair station. The facility offers full in-house testing, inspection, repair and overhaul of most light regional, commercial and corporate aircraft wheels, brakes, landing gear, freight locking system components, hydraulics, actuators, valves and accumulators. Specialising in the repair, sale and purchase of components and materials for narrow and wide body jets.  Since the company formed in March 2002 it has been dedicated to the aviation MRO market and related businesses and committed to deliver high quality, cost effective products and services to Airlines, Hangar Facilities and Stockists. Our team of staff are available to offer a friendly, professional service that is based in an experienced understanding of the aviation industry.
